This is a structured implementation project. Over 12 weeks, I come into your business, assess what you've got, and build the automated email and CRM system that should already be in place.

It's not traditional consultancy. I'm not here to give you a report and a set of recommendations for you to act on yourself. I build it. You get a working system at the end.

It's also not a marketing retainer. There's no monthly newsletter management, no ongoing campaign support. The Build is a defined piece of work with a clear start, end, and outcome, though some clients do choose to continue working together once the system is in place.

By the time we're done, your email system is running automated sequences in the background, bringing customers back, reactivating dormant ones, and following up after purchases, without you having to think about it.

What’s Included

Phase 1:
Audit & Revenue Mapping.

Before anything gets built, I need to understand what you've already got. I review your CRM setup, email platform, existing automations, and customer data to identify the gaps and the biggest revenue opportunities. You get a clear picture of what's working, what isn't, and what we're going to build.

Phase 2:
Segmentation & Journey Design

Not every customer is the same, and your email system shouldn't treat them as if they are. I define how your audience should be structured and map out the automated journeys we'll build, who gets what, when, and why, before a single sequence gets touched.

Phase 3:
Build & Implementation.

With the strategy and structure agreed, this is where it all gets built. I build 4–6 automated email sequences directly in your platform; welcome journeys, post-purchase follow-ups, win-back campaigns, and more. Everything is configured, written, and tested thoroughly before anything goes live.

Phase 4:
Dashboard & Handover.

At the end of the project, you get a simple performance dashboard to see how the system is working, plus full documentation and a structured handover session to manage everything confidently going forward.

The 90-Day Build is a fixed-fee project. No hourly billing, no scope creep, no unexpected costs.

A full-time CRM or email marketing hire costs upwards of £35,000 a year. This is a focused, fixed-fee project that installs the core system, without the long-term overhead of a full-time salary.

I take on a small number of Build projects at a time, typically two or three concurrently, so each client gets my full attention from start to finish.

From kick-off to handover

The project has a fixed structure from day one. You'll always know where we are, what's being worked on, and what's coming next.

  • I review your current CRM and email setup in detail; what's been built, what's active, what's dormant, and where the gaps are. From there, I map out the customer journey we're going to build and agree on the priorities before anything gets built.

  • I define how your audience should be structured and design the automated journeys that will do the heavy lifting. This phase lays the foundation for everything built in weeks five to ten.

  • The longest phase and the most hands-on. I build and configure everything directly in your platform. Every sequence is written, built, and tested before it goes live.

  • Final testing and refinement across all live sequences, dashboard setup, and a structured handover session so you understand exactly what's been built and how to manage it going forward.

A bit about me

I'm Helen, and I run Email Wins as a solo consultancy from West Yorkshire.

I've spent over 15 years working in CRM and email marketing, across a range of industries and business sizes. I've seen what good lifecycle infrastructure looks like, and I've seen what happens when it's missing, which is usually a database full of potential that never quite gets realised.

I set up Email Wins because I wanted to offer something specific and genuinely useful: a defined project that builds the system most growing businesses need but never quite get around to building themselves.
